Heineken Music was an award winning entertainment portal providing up to date local and international alternative music news. The site has developed and grown from when it was launched in 2009 and now has a number of editors contributing weekly. The website focuses highly on user experience as there is wealth information available to its readers. A simple clean interface is used to easily let the user drill down and filter the content they want to read.
Other features the site contained were event listings providing details on all the hottest gigs, forum to discuss the latest music trends and the Heineken Green Spheres ticketing system. The ticketing system provides the opportunity for registered users to apply for tickets and invite friends.
